    Thanks to Dan in warranty department for help and advice talked me through claim for life time frame guarantee and my bike was replaced great help quick action to get me back on road loved my trek 6 series 2009 original owner but new bike is sweet thank you i love all my Trek products.

    Had a bike build done from my own variously-sourced collection of components, and I can't speak too highly of the helpful, friendly and professional approach of Rob and colleagues. The result is a delight, and I'll definitely be back. Oh, and the coffee's pretty good, as well!
